Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") describes how Fonso ("we," "us," or "our") handles refunds, cancellations, and related billing matters for paid subscriptions and one-time purchases made through our Service. By purchasing a subscription or paid feature, you agree to this Policy together with our Terms of Use.

Subscriptions and renewals

Paid plans are generally billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) until you cancel. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund fees already charged for the current billing period unless required by applicable law or expressly stated below.

Statutory right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period for distance contracts, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within the period and under the conditions defined by applicable law. Where that right applies and has not been validly waived (for example, because you requested immediate access to digital content and acknowledged loss of the right of withdrawal), we will refund eligible amounts in accordance with those rules.

Discretionary refunds & billing errors

Outside mandatory legal rights, refunds are granted at our sole discretion. We may issue a refund or account credit if you contact us promptly and we determine there was a billing error, duplicate charge, or serious Service unavailability attributable to us. We do not guarantee refunds for change of mind, lack of usage, or dissatisfaction where the Service materially performs as described.

How to request a refund

Email support@fonso.io from the address associated with your account. Include your account email, approximate date of charge, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and, if a refund is approved, process it using the original payment method where possible.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of paid features after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy, except where prohibited by law.
